Casa Rural El Pradin is a typical Asturian century-old house completely rehabilitated just 1km from the Cantabrian Sea. It is located in the Aroncés neighborhood (Cudillero) very close to the Selgas Palace and Aguilar Beach in a quiet environment surrounded by nature.
Casa Rural El Pradin is a full rental accommodation, has a capacity for 8 people and has free high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optics).
The house has two floors divided as follows:
- On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with fireplace, 75” LED TV with Movistar+ included, bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and complete kitchenware.
- On the upper floor there are four double bedrooms: 2 with a 150 cm bed and a balcony and another 2 with 90 cm beds. In addition, it has two complete bathrooms with shower.
Casa Rural El Pradin has a completely enclosed 1000-meter plot to maintain privacy and rest for visitors. On this plot there is a typical Asturian horreo and covered porches with garden furniture on the south and north façade of the house. In the farm there is a game room for children and adults as it has a table football and a wide assortment of board games.
Pets are allowed on request and supplements may apply per pet per night.
